Kek Pisang kayu manis Lembab (Cinnamon Moist Banana Cake)

Kek Pisang Lembab 
Moist Banana Cake



 Cup Kek Pisang Lembab 
Moist Banana Cup Cake


apa-apa jenis pisang
any banana



250 g mentega
250g butter


2 cawan tepung (diayak) tepung gandum
2 cups flour (sifted) wheat flour


4 biji telur
4 eggs


3 cawan pisang yg dilecek
3 cups of mashed bananas 


1/2 cawan susu cair (sejat) atau full cream milk
1/2 cup of milk (evaporated) or full cream milk


2 cawan gula perang
2 cups of brown sugar


1/2 sudu teh serbuk kayu manis
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon


1/2 sudu teh garam halus
1/2 teaspoon of fine salt



1 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda


1/2 sudu teh vanilla (Saya gunakan vanilli)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla (I used Vanilli)

cara-cara menyediakan
Method




Pukul mentega bersama gula hingga kembang.
Beat butter with sugar until fluffy.


Masukkan telur sebiji sebiji sambil terus pukul. Kemudian masukkan, vanilli, susu dan garam.
Add the eggs in one by one while continuously whisking. Then add vanilli, milk and salt.




 Masukkan pisang lecek tadi dan gaul.
Add the mashed banana and mix well.


Akhir sekali, masukkan tepung lalu digaul hingga sebati.
Finally, add the flour then mix until well blended.




Isikan.
Fill it in. 


Bakar dalam ketuhar sehingga ia naik dan bertukar perang.
Bake in an oven until it rises and turns brown.


Permukaan kek tu lembab.
Your cake will have a moist surface.



Sedap dan lembut macam kek span.
The result is tasty and soft like sponge cake.
